The Box Project

I was recently invited by a good friend to be part of an interesting project; 'The Box Project'.

Jasmine Matus has invited 20 contemporary jewellery artists to be involved in the project. The artists will receive a small box in the mail; each box containing materials with which to construct between 1 and 3 wearable pieces. The finished works will be showed in an exhibition at Keeper Gallery, Gaffa, from the 18th - 30th of November, 2010.

This image is a drawing I recently bought by the amazingly talented Michele Morcos. She's having an exhibition in a couple of weeks showcasing the works created during her 6 month residency at Primrose studios

The exhibition is called Spirit of Place and it will be showing from the 5th-11th of June at Primrose Gallery.
